UGI TRANSPORTATION CUSTOMER PORTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
This Transportation Customer Portal Agreement and Disclosure (the
"Agreement") applies to the electronic customer services you receive
from UGI, including the Transportation Customer Portal. By using the
Transportation Customer Portal or authorizing others to use the
Transportation Customer Portal, you acknowledge that you have received
and understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement. In this Agreement "you" and "your" means
each person, or, if applicable, each person that uses the Transportation
Customer Portal with your permission.
AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using the Transportation Customer Portal or authorizing others to use
the Transportation Customer Portal, you acknowledge that you have
received and understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be
bound by all of its provisions. We reserve the right, from time to
time, to amend this Agreement or change the features or services offered
by the Transportation Customer Portal, in our sole discretion. If you
do not agree to the changes, you may terminate this Agreement in
accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You will be deemed to
accept any changes if you continue your enrollment in or use the
Transportation Customer Portal after the changes became effective.
YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD
Your User ID and Password are exclusively for your use or the use of
those authorized by you. You agree to take reasonable precautions to
safeguard your User ID and Password. You acknowledge and agree that you
are responsible for all transactions you make using the Transportation
Customer Portal. You also acknowledge and agree that, if you permit
another person or persons to use the Transportation Customer Portal or
give them your User ID and Password, you are responsible for any
transactions that person makes in your Account, even if that person
exceeds your authorization. By agreeing to this Agreement the customer
acknowledges that UGI Utilities, Inc. is not responsible for the
security and privacy of customer’s password
DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
In order that your privacy may be protected, we will not disclose any
information to third parties about you, including e-mail addresses, or
your Accounts.
TERMINATING THE TRANSPORTATION CUSTOMER PORTAL
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Transportation
Customer Portal for any reason and at any time without notifying you.
You have the right to terminate your use of the Transportation Customer
Portal by going to the Contact Us/Help form and requesting that your
account be removed at any time. Any termination of your use of the
Transportation Customer Portal, whether initiated by you or us, will not
affect any of your or our rights and obligations under this Agreement which
have arisen before the effective date of such termination.
USE OF INFORMATION AND MATERIALS
The information and material contained within this Site, and the terms,
conditions and descriptions that appear are subject to change.
Unauthorized use of this Site or unauthorized entry into UGI's systems,
misuse of passwords or misuse of any information contained within the
Site is strictly prohibited.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
Customers are required to create a profile which will include: an email
address (Customer ID), Company Name, First Name, Last Name, a Password,
their Job Position, a Contact Phone Number, and be required to select
whether they are a Customer or a Supplier/Marketer. If a Customer
forgets their password, they will need to provide the proper email address
corresponding to an account in the system and the system will generate
and e-mail them a new password.
